Yes. It is included with the membership price which makes it a great deal. You can book an appointment for small braids any other service and save more money than you realize.

Your membership is a month-to-month membership. Your membership will automatically renew.
Then you will be notified through email that a payment needs to be made. You should also receive a text reminder. After 3 failed attempts your membership will automatically be cancelled.
No. Any unused slots are not carried over to the next month.
Then you will book an appointment like normal but if you are a Shining Silver or Platinum Purple VIP member you will receive an overage discount of 10% on your next appointment.
